    Diet first day update :D

    FOOD TARGET 1200
    FOOD ADDED 1195 :D

    Exercise / Activity

Not bad - off to do 30min yoga in a min or so then sort some tea out. The rest of the kitchen can wait and then have a pamper and read some more revision

Great day :j Enjoyed myself greatly :D

Good activity day today to burn off some calories

    Running, 5.2 mph (11.5 min mile) 30 minutes = 334 kcal
    Sweeping up 20 minutes = 99 kcal
    Gardening (general) 50 minutes = 247 kcal
Walking the dog 40 minutes = 123 kcal
    Yoga 20mins = 99 kcal

    EXERCISE TARGET = 200kcal
    EXERCISE ADDED = 803kcal

Had a nice stiry fry pad thai tea which filled me up nicely using some of the veg languishing in the fridge :D and have half left for tomorrow's tea which frees up enough time to go for another 30min run

Plan tomorrow is 30min yoga before work
    Work
    Run 30 mins after work
Revise for an hour at least

    Flop down :rotfl:

Rescued rhubarb chutney and transformed it into chutney opposed to runny watery version it was - phew result - got 3 full jars this time so approx 66p per jar

Found another recipe to try - asparagus in oil as found some lovely british asparagus in the local fruit and veg shop for 99p a bundle and lovely thin spears.

Loving this seasonal preserving as I completed the rhubarb chutney, finished off some sweet chilli jam and planning a couple of other recipes to do - asparagus/elderflower cordial/gooseberry jam + chutney to take me up to June
