Good day today with a lot done at a very leisurely pace

Tomorrow is fly around the kitchen, bit of HHI, do lots of assignment, devise something nice for tea to use up leftovers and sort some clothes out for charity shop drop off this week

Also NSD 14 today - one more to go to reach the target

Very chilled out pottering not doing much day

Decided to leave the cleaning for today and did some very slow work on the assignment approx halfway there now for first basic version.

NSD 15 today and target reached! Yeah!

That's just what I thought today, it was nice lounging about on the settee with the snooker on, attempting to write some answers to my assignment

Anyway have written 7/10 answers now at 572/1000 words. 3 more to go but some are quite poor so need some development. Will answer them tomorrow then have a look to see how I can improve them with probably less words to get in on the wordcount! Hoping to get it done before the weekend so I can have the weekend off again as all the ones in May are going to be full on with revision for the exam which is going to be rock hard I expect!

Mealplans sorted for the next few weeks after went through the freezer and cupboards to see what I had in as I really need to reign in the food spending for next month and also increase the NSDs and try and save some more money.

Discovered 8 frozen egg whites in the freezer - looks like meringues then and to use up the cream in the fridge. Also some wraps to use up the tuna and salad in the fridge. Also usual stack of pasta to start working through and tomorrow is pasta with squash and blue cheese (all had for ages) and will make up 2 meals so will be enough for Thurs lunch or tea with salad leaves. Then thinking might make a biryani on Friday for a treat. Will see how I feel then.

AFD will be 26 as not having a drink until the exam is over and done with at the end of May :cool:

Grocery Challenge £100 = £25 per week to make me really think hard about what I need and what I will buy and if I stick to this I'll have brought the budget down by £50 since Jan. Feeling up to this challenge especially as my salad leaves are doing well at the moment and I'm hoping they continue to do so to keep me in salad over the summer.

Off into the garden for a bit to see what needs potting on then really will do some uni work and finish off that assignment later
