I've got my eye on "Isabelle" but am waiting for it to hit the sales...
Only just seen this post - I've got that dress for the evening reception.
Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -

been very helpful. H2B has said that I deserve my dream dress so I can order it if it's the one. So now I just need to see if I can find it any
cheaper anywhere. Any ideas?
Thanks xxxx
First step is to phone any other stockists in your area and ask how much it is. You may well find one who sell it cheaper.
Even if not, go back to the original shop and try and get some money off. My budget was originally £800 and I definitely couldn't go over £1,000. My dress was priced at £1,150. I phoned the other stockists and they were all more expensive! But I went back anyway, tried it on again, and said "I love it, I really do, but my original budget was £800 and I just can't spend more than £1,000" and they did it for that.
Look sad and like you'll walk away if you can't get any money off. They have wiggle room.

I have been doing that actually over the last couple of days and I have found somewhere that sells it for £995 and somewhere else for £999 so I know they have it overpriced. I have just sent them an email saying that I have found the dress cheaper and would they be willing to negotiate on the price. I am waiting to hear back from them so I will let you know how it goes. Would def prefer to buy it from the original shop because they are closer and were so lovely when I went in there so fingers crossed!

Glad you are getting the dress you want!0

Mine was for sale at £500, I offered £300 as it was old season sample, with the usual wear and tear from having been tried on. Eventually got it for £400 - which I'm happy with. Still haven't found out who the designer is though as there are no labels in it and the shop wouldn't tell. Weirdos!
ETA: Dress number 17048 9 18 (4th in top row) is very, very similar but mine doesn't have beading on the straps, doesn't have the silly wafty bit at the back and does have a train! http://www.frossweddingcollections.co.uk/ronaldjoycewedding.htmlIf you have nothing constructive to say just move along.0
