    Afternoon everyone,

Thank you for your messages of concern over the weekend after my rant.

I'm going to step away from bookofthefaces and MSE for a while. My OH and I had a conversation on the phone last night that he's had three dreams that I'm going to leave him and he's scared that that's what I'm going to do.

The green eyed monster was out big time over the past few weeks. Yesterday because I left lurvee you messages on peoples walls he wasn't impressed and then I didn't log onto skype until 11.30 and not my normal 9ish he got paranoid.

He's handed in his notice and in a months time will be back in the UK with NO job. Thakfully we've got some money saved up, my years salary so we should be ok for a while.

I'll not be going to the Big Cheese Claire, it was a hard decision to make and at this moment in time I don't feel strong enough to deal with any more accustations or having to question my movements. I know that it may sound as though I'm giving in to him but emotionally and physically I need to be ready to face what may lay ahead when he returns.

I think you are all wonderful people and have been there for me over the past few weeks/months and can't thank you all enough.

    Lots of love,

    LMC xx

Hope you're okay LMC, you're going through some tough times :( Jealousy is very hard to deal with and often it's very irrational so you can't face it with logic. Sending you big :grouphug: and some baked goodies.

I've not been here long enough to get redundancy pay.

    :(

Okay then, well in that case we'll stick with Sally's plan then - we'll beat them up  I'd like to see them muttering about revenue when they have 50 angry MSEs to deal with

Claire - Primarni might be the best bet for cheap clothes, you could probably get what you need for the price of the postage for an ebay bundle that you might not like/fit etc.

LMC - sorry you feel that way. I know my relationship is pretty pants so i'm not really in a position to comment but his insecurities are reallyputting you in an unfair position.

Lou - Happy Birthday you fabulous and wonderful lady :D

I’m having a major stress about work-I am very aware that I need to bring in revenue and hope that my recent increased efforts will soon pay dividends. I appreciate all the help and support from you but as I have been down the ‘redundancy’ route 3 times in as many years, I am concerned that I should be job hunting as basically I can’t afford to be out of work.

I am really sorry that I haven’t achieved more and I will do everything possible to sell and bring in some money for the station

Sally - DH's face was a picture when I opened it up and put it on :D Once I'd explained you'd sent it for the fabric content not for me to swan around the house in he almost sighed with relief.

    Bun,

I would remove increased, as it might suggest you weren't giving it 100% before perhaps? I'd change will do to am doing.

TBH I'm not sure if I would send it without knowing the people who will get it and how they willl react.

Why not job hunt anyway without telling them?

Bun, you can still look for a job, you don't need permission from them.

Hi Bun, I don't think you should be so hard on yourself or so apologetic in the email. Perhaps something along the lines of:

Following recent conversations regarding revenue I am concerned as to my position within the station. As you know I have been working hard to increase the revenue I generate and hope that my hard work will soon pay off. However, perhaps you would be able to tell me what the current state of affairs is and where I might stand. I appreciate the support and help I have been given and would therefore would be grateful to have the current situation with regards to revenue generation and potential redundancies clarified for my own career planning.

You have been working hard, Bun, so you can afford to be honest about your worries but still strong.
