yup, just had an email to say nothing I ordered is in stock - and that is after I lost a heap of items from my basket! Don't know what is going on with M&S, but only one of the things I ordered was in the sale, the rest was ordinary stock!! M&S online goods are as virtual as their Customer Service I guess!

I ordered on the wed night and all items now been dispatched. Including crayola stuff which was still full price in the store.

Well the order I placed as soon as the sale went live is still sitting NOT MOVING in my account! And strangely the little grey boxes that are still giving me the option to 'change order' have moved onto different items... items which are showing as in stock on the M&S site! I don't think I will get any of the order now.

Ok I'm fed up like most of you above.. M & S ordering online is not acceptable.. is there kind of 'group response' that we could make to them - perhaps then they will look at this big problem of their ie.. letting customers down - would be good if Martin himself would take up this struggle and champion it.. don't think he would be interested though LOL

and those who are let down are a vocal minority on sites like this....

I think their online ordering is brilliant...

But then again, maybe it's what I order, mainly menswear, a few gifts for women family members (like 70% off Portfolio leather bags etc), and things like sports hoodies for nephews and friends kids....

I ordered 22 items (lingerie/clothes/homewear) as soon as the sale went on wednesday eve. Asked for deliver to store and everything has gone perfect as I collected it all today.
