M&S sale starts this Thursday

It certainly does seem as if they have no idea how to run the online service.
Until last week I've NEVER ordered from the sale as our M&S was one of the last to accept collections. So statistically, one order which failed is quite poor, especially as some of the stock is still showing available. I've noticed this isn't the first sale to fail many customers.
I'm with Wizard, maybe someone could email a link to the bod who just might be interested. M&S must spend a king's ransom on their tacky celeb adverts, however, if you can't make a purchase then they should start focusing on reasons why. A quick scan of the last 2 pages shows that there are 5 complaints - M&S should be ashamed. In fact the general tone errs towards the negative, if you take away the enduring support of pwl.
Stuart Rose, perhaps? No longer CEO, but still Chairman:

Does anybody know if you purchase goods online TO COLLECT FROM STORE, do you have to return them to the store you collected them from or can they be returned by post? Just wondering because I am disabled and I might struggle to return items that will have to be refunded to my card.0

You do get a returns slip with your order, so could post them back.0

Anybody found any bargains? A few more bits have appeared but nothing special.0

Is the extra 30% already taken off on the shown price or does it come off later?
Is it for wine as well?
Thanks if anyone knows0 -
Just checked and some knickers I bought the other day for £1 each have now gone down to 50p.... is it taking 'frugality' a step too far if I buy some more today for the lower price and then return the (unworn!) ones I bought for £1 each??Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I'm waiting, further reductions are coming on some great gift items.... just have to hold my nerve and only buy if there's less than say, 15 left on the website!0

No it's common sense. Do they take back Knickers? I know La senza do if it's obvious they haven't been worn0
