[frowns deeply, narrows eyes and starts tapping foot]

    Piggers... -.-

You know fluid buildup and sparkly lights means your blood pressure is getting too high. Don't you DARE tell us different. I'll bet 50p that protein will show up as +/++ if you were to see a MW.

Why not at least get a community MW to do a dipstick test & take your BP?

You know I worked in Gynae...and I have had to deal with Dads suddenly finding themselves minus a wife AND a baby son because this kind of thing tends to go bang in the middle of the night.

So at least being checked there or by your GP (they'll have dipstick thingies and BP monitors, although less likely to have the tools to listen to Squeak's heartbeat)

What would the brood do without you?

    [tapping foot quite annoyed now]

    Well?

So do I.. :p.. the problem is I get enlarged kidneys when pregnant so they let protein throgh anyway, so protein in urine is not a sign of anything as far as anyone is concerned.

My BP is always high anywhere near a mw/hospital.. they bring out the worst in me lol..

Squeak is fine.. currently trying to break as many ribs as possible..

GP appts are like rocking horse droppings.. and the mw clinic was today..they are only on a Wednesday afternoon.. I don't have contacts for the hospital (like I'd go if I did :p).. they were all scribbled out on my notes when I said I was not going to the hospital here.. I still have nothing concrete through from Leeds either.. they are VERY slow!!

Now all of you stop being dramatic or I'll double the lists for the rest of the week and add a weekend list too!

So sorry to read your sad news onestep. My old dog is 15 and I know I will be making that decision all too soon and just the thought of it is breaking my heart :( It's the last good thing you can do for them but it's so so hard.

Stress levels are starting to rise here! Although that said things seem to be in hand, I always get like this just before hols. Lists everywhere and whilst lots seem to have been done here are still lots of things not yet crossed off but almost crossed off, does that make sense?!?!

Anyway it's the work and school thing for the next couple of days and then woooooooooooshhhhhhhhhhh we are off :D

Might not get another post in, have literally skim read the last 10 pages at the speed of light and am now going to get a cool drink.

I said at the start of the week to make sure they didn't wear anything they want for hols, so what happens.... Mum can you wash this please. Grrrrrrrrrrrr

Not done any more flying since my last post but I did make some cherry scones at tea time (yum yum!) and I've listed 2 more things on ebay. More flying tomorrow after work I think. I also decided I CBA running tonight so I'll have to go tomorrow now. The question is...can I get myself up and out running at 6.30am tomorrow morning or will I turn my alarm off, go back to sleep and have to go after work instead?

Either way I'm off to bed.

    Night night everyone!

Toots....hope the MRI scan goes ok for you. I'd not be happy if I'd had cake confiscated either!!!

Hi, just popped in to see how you are getting on.

Saw the debate about preeclampsia. I've never really known what it was, found a site run by the preeclampsia foundation. It's interesting. Most women only have one or two of the symptoms apparently as it's such a rapidly advancing condition.
    This quote was concerning:
[FONT=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]Globally, preeclampsia and other hypertensive disorders of pregnancy are a leading cause of maternal and infant illness and death. By conservative estimates, these disorders are responsible for 76,000 maternal and 500,000 infant deaths each year.

    For more info: http://www.preeclampsia.org/about.asp

However, I don't think Pigpen should go to the doctors, or ring the midwife. Other women may ignore the symptoms and end up dead or with dead babies, but it won't happen to her. She's invincible.
(And as she always does the opposite of what anyone says...maybe me saying don't go, will make her go!)

We are both well, I'm spending most of my time promoting my business and making products. Hubby is working hard too. We are trying to sort ourselves out financially and I've been decluttering the flat.
Sorry I've not been about much, just not enough hours in the day! If I was on here, I wouldn't be able to get my chores done. I'm still not perfect at doing them all, but am making progress and getting into more of a routine.

Toots, I hope your time in hospital goes quickly

Lady Liberty, I text you but I saw you are having trouble receiving them, I hope you are ok. I always look out for you on FB!

Love and hugs to you all x

Not away as much this hols so will be around for some of the time at least. Can't bloomin' wait until I have time to myself (and the boys)! It's all worth it but just so draining right now.

And exactly how often do I ever get around to doing more than the first two things on the lists, anyway? [tosses hair and flounces off in an artistic huff]
