    I bought this for my grandson for Xmas and we had to open it and listen to The Twits this evening. I'm so pleased I bought it.

    Are these abridged versions or are they the whole books? Anyone know, while I'm waiting for mine to be delivered?

    I think they are abridged. Though it doesn't say so on this particular package, I was looking at some of the individual titles in Borders the other day they said abridged. Having said that, they are all pretty long - e.g James and The Giant Peach = 2 CDs of 75 minutes and 79 minutes. Charlie + Chocolate Factory = 3 CDs of 54, 49 and 56 minutes. So I'm guessing any editing will be pretty minimal.

    Business Express driver had left it under a van at another address along the road because he couldn't find our house.

    now when the cheap ipod shuffle arrives will have to see if i can fit even one story on it!!! didnt realise they were so long!!!!

    will need a bigger ipod at this rate
