What EXACTLY do they mean by Audio book ?

I cannot remember which paper it was, but during the summer I went out specially to buy paper giving Free Antony Horowitz cd ( think it was Storm breaker) - but you can only play it on your pc, so it has STILL never been listened to.
Have checked out the link, but it doesn't specify exactly, and I am 'once bitten twice shy' about these newspaper freebies now !:cool:

Is it a pc cd, audio tape or 'proper' cd ?
