Sky bband launched in July 2006 (when I started working for them.) & took over Easynet's business as well as implimenting their own services. The was a lot of teething problems, especially with Offnet (what the OP's mil is on)
Cosidering this service is effectivly a 'rebranded service provided by BT' does the OP really think that Sky should pay for it's Offnet customers broadband? That's corporate suicide. It's BT who are charging the £17 odd as Sky are buying their Offnet service from BT.0 -
Erm so you expect Sky to give you broadband for free when they themselves have to pay a significant cost to provide the service. Shame on Sky for not complying to your demands. They may offer a free broadband service but it is not available and you would have received confirmation of this when it was initially set up.personaly i think sky are **^*()** for not giving blanket free bb and soaking up the pittyfull extra cost to them.........................0
