I have been picking up some of these each time I go in to superdrug, I have quite a few now, more than I will use, if you have been unable to get any then pm me and if you send a SAE I'll post you some.

Please only those who have not been able to get any.
  • Hundreds of these in Bsingstoke today, in a slot with the Olay stuff. Grabbed some and tried to use one in Asda (only a £5.48 shop) but checkout girl said it was over 10% so couldn't take it. I will try again when I have more to get. Regarding the self scanners in Asda, does it read the coupon or is it a trust thing, I am a bit nervous of using a voucher that says for 'superdrug only' but if it scans and accepts then I can plead ignorance.

Asda Tills do scan and accept them i have only used one though as get nervous using them
  • I had a look for these today in Queen St, Cardiff but couldn't find any. Also asked about the gillette fusion vouchers but none of those either

Being a newbie to asda self scan I used several in one go, I was surprised however that it worked

I have had sucess 3 out of the 4 times I used these at Asda. On one occasion I was told it was more than 10 % of my total so could I please save it till I do a bigger shop, it varies from cashier to cashier in Asda, but they are always pleasant, saying what a good voucher. I have only ued 1 voucher at a time though.

I had a jobs worth on the self scan tills in asda at weekend, who said they couldn't take any coupons if the small print said ' only valid against ......... so and so product' since that's what they all say he wouldn't let me use any. This was after i'd scanned shopping, coupons and was just about to pay - grrrrr

I asked for my coupons back and walked away, leaving shopping there!
  • Hi - The problem with using these £5 vouchers in Asda is that it might just really annoy the management and they may then change their policy - especially if your particular store has been easy going - have been using coupons for years now - and have seen this happen . With a normal coupon the store can claim the money back - but with a store specific one they cant . I never think it is worth taking the risk in the long run - we are so good at spotting the really good vouchers ( ie the Good Housekeeping this month ) - that we should not need to use store specific ones .
  • Used one of these in Sainsburys in Bristol last night and it worked but not today - has anyone else had this happen.
  • Is ASDA still accepting these, have about 50 that i want to use!
