Well you pay your ISP (Internet Service Provider)

ok, i pay t-mobile for the internet
i pay 15.00 for the month and connect via a dongle (?)
i did not check anything before getting the dongle thing as i needed the internet

Well the results are very odd to me
So you have 'mobile broadband'? (ie, not using a phoneline)
The download speed is ok according to the website, yet you uploaded a lot faster which makes no sense. Its usually the other way round

Anyways, id guess you cant upload simply because your on mobile broadband. You get so far when uploading, then theres a connection problem or whatever and so the conenction fails and you cant reconnect.

my daughter uses O2 (mobile broadband) and she can upload
I guess if nothing else can be done, i should change my network?

I cant say for absolute certainty its that thats causing it. But its what im thinking it is.
Im assuming you can only use mobile then? Its your call - I can only say what I believe the problem is
