First off, go to control panel, programs and features, and remove Rapport !!!! run CCleaner (cleaner and Registry cleaner parts, then re-run HJT and post the new log.

I should have mentioned im no fan of rapport either

but i feel sure thats what my bank page said to install for online banking security

ok, about to reboot but what does glary utilities do? i have not heard of it before

Glary does similar to ccleaner, as well as checking system files (And other bits and pieces, nothing we really need to go into though)
