You've done well, put it behind you and realise you've still lost weight. You don't have a huge amount to lose so I don't think it will take you many weeks at all to get to target.

still got 2.5 stone to lose to get to my goal

Claire that's fantastic with how much weight you've lost in the past 2 weeks. You are doing soo well, when we start out on a diet it's a learning curve and the best thing to do is put it behind you and start afresh from today.
