Pah to not going to salisbury today...don't you hate it when a plan falls through because it all gets too much of a rush and people aren't organised!

Morning. I'm really angry. Terrorvision are touring, and me sister and a friend were supposed to be going to all the dates. Sister was supposed to be sharing a hotel with friend. We turned up in Holmfirth last night and friend said she couldn't stay with her. So we've been frantically trying to find somewhere for her to stay in Bristol tonight and Cardiff tomorrow night. Because of cars and stuff it's totally !!!!!!ed up my plans too. If you read this Pap, I'm sorry but it's looking like I wont be able to go to Bath on Monday. I'll know for sure tomorrow afternoon when we meet.

Just checked trainline. There's a train at 10 to the hour which takes just under 90mins so if I get the 9.49 I'd get in at 11.13, or the 10.49 gets me in at 12.13 so which of those suits better? I can get an anytime return for 10p more than an off peak return which we can just see how it goes for heading back and work around any plans you have for the evening. Still planning on bringing Nathan but Mum may want to keep him lol!

Thats crazy for friend to leave it until now to say she can't say...what a selfish unreasonable, thoughtless friend. Hope you can get something sorted Ames

Thanks Sal. Sister turned up with her suitcase last night and friend said she couldn't stay, so after the gig she had to drive back to Scarborough - she only passed her test on the 1st. I'm just waiting for her to finish booking her new hotel and drive back over here so we can set off for Bristol. I just hope the traffic's clear or we wont make it in time.

I don't seem to have lost much weight this week either, not sure if thats supposed to happen or i've done something wrong.

Claire, you have mentioned eating Mackerel before, Mackerel isn't one of the things you can eat on SS+. Well it wasn't a few months ago, check with Bunny but it could be that it has knock you out of ketosis :o
