Sat 17th/Sun 18th Wet and windy weekend chat!!

Hi - couldn't see a daily chat today so thought I would take the liberty of starting it!

Been up since stupid o'clock - went to the Next sale - very bad move!!!! said to DD's on the way in 'i'm not buying much' Several bags and way too much money later we left - got kids lots of bargins though and almost all of it needed - I haven't bought any summer clothes up to now cos I much prefer waiting to the Next sale!

Now childminding at my friends so she can go without the kids!

What has everyone got planed for today?

Weather here is wet and windy so 5 stir crazy kids to entertain!

    Morning

Sounds like you are a mad thing going to the next sale! I used to religiously go every year but haven't been for about 7 years now and in fact I don't think ive bought anything fvrom next since lol.

Im at stinky work all day today, going to be bored out my brains probably. B has gone off to spend the day with R and his children so she's going to have a great day and Im v jealous! Think I shall be doing a car boot tomorrow morning, need to get some money for all the rubbish I don't want to take to the new house

    Morning all

Judi - I don't envy you that many kids to entertain.

Sal - How lovely for you all that B is off with R and the kids today....that made me :D.

I'm still sat in my pj's trying to find the motivation to go shower and get dressed. No plans today, just pottering about a bit, did lots of weeding and cutting back in the garden yesterday so it all looks pretty (well as pretty as my little bit of outdoors ever will).

DD1 is cooking tonight so I don't even have to think about that :D

    Good morning

Got woken up by the postie delivering my cd supplements,

just having apple and cinnemon porridge and a coffee before i go and tackle the kitchen, thats if i don't do myself damage trying to get in there, dh has decided to build the shed by putting it in the doorway of the kitchen????

The jeans were a fluke i think :( I tried the other size 14's i had here last night, one pair wouldn't even go over my bottom, the other pair i got on but wouldn't do up and the third pair i got on and did up but they feel tight. Never mind i will get into them. I don't seem to have lost much weight this week either, not sure if thats supposed to happen or i've done something wrong.

I am sooo tired now - was up at 5.45 so it feels like bed time now! Kids are being great though - entertaining themselves! OH gone fishing - things are not good with him at the moment I am feeling very down about it all but can't say much on here cos I'm sure he reads the forum - he doesn't like me being on it!

Salisbury is lovely, make sure you go and sit in the cathedral grounds. I used to live just opposite it :)

Im waiting for update from sammy as to whether she can make it but am thinking that we should meet in Poole, is that ok for you? We can then walk to poole park and spend some time there, grab some lunch, if its rubbish weather there is an indoor play thing in the park too. Does that sound ok? What sort of time do you want to meet?

Now going to Salisbury on Tuesday lol. Poole is fine so long as I can get on a train at Basingstoke and get off at Poole! Will check train times and see what suits.
