    Claire,
As I said, the makerel wont knock you out of ketosis-its still protein but its higher in calories thats why it isn't on the list. (Any form of protein would be ok to eat but are all higher in calories so thats why they aren't on the list-things like bacon also have loads of salt which makes you retain water) Just remember to check how it cooked-ie. in tomato sauce etc. You cannot have anything with citric acid (ie. lemon juice!) so that can affect although I highly highly doubt it. You ARE losing weight and haven't done anything 'wrong' but we have discussed why the scales aren't showing up as much of a loss-now, Bunny is putting bossy head on...

ONLY WEIGH YOURSELF ONCE A WEEK! That is a direct order. Nearly a stone in 2 weeks is EXCELLENT so stop stressing. End of. Any questions, please just ask.

You will need a shaker maker...or pre-made shakes like the one I sent-you can buy a shaker maker from tesco.

I can send you one but it wont get to you til next week? Is that ok?

when are you in Bristol? Or, ask if any of your friends take protein shakes-my husband does to gain weigh (I know, its never fair is it?)

have you a water bottle of some kind? Measure the water into it and then add the powder when you want it? I use a screw lidded water bottle/shaker maker I bought from the chemist, give it a good stir and then shake to stop their being lumps.

You'll need hot water for the soup though. How about 2 shakes tomorrow and just rinse the bottle out after lunch?
