ok I do have a bm -i intend to make the dough split it and freeze. I will them defrost (in my fridge (24rs b4 I want to use) so fridge uses less energy to keep cool - thanks olive :T) and make into bases. I'm sure you could roll it out and then freeze. common sense tells me to lay clingfilm over a baking sheet, pop base onto it and cover with the clingfilm and put the whole tray in the freezer. Remove from the tray when its freezes, I guess u could make the whole pizza sauce & cheese coz u can freeze all of those things.
Ok for the base - go over to the oldschool forum. there's a link called Os indexed collection. You will find tons of recipes on how to make pizza base without a bm xDF as at 30/12/16

It is really is worth a purchase, nothing better than fresh bread and we use it all the time, ours wasn't that expensive either. No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
Thanks to everyone who posts competitions. You are the stars of the board :T:j:T0 -
I have not been anywhere near a shop for over a week. This morning I baked scones and 2 pastry cases for quiche later in the week. Re-boiled some strawberry jam which had not set.
