First of all, I would like to say, that all of You deserve many thanks for sharing MS experiances and all kind of tips and advices.
The series of Mystery Shopping threads is true mine of knowledge regarding all MS issues. :T
At the moment I feel quite nervous because I'm new to the forum and totally fresh in the MS topics. I've already read MS tread I, II, III and will start IV, but in the meantime I found myself in big trouble.
I registered myself with Retail Eyes on last Wednesday and yesterday completed my first assignment.. As we ( me and my son ) came back home at the supper time, it's took me a while to sit down and deal the questionnaire.. There was only 30 questions, but each required detailed information. I logged into my RE MS account and opened the active assignment to choose the "continue" button and complete the questionnaire ( has few categories of question and each suppose to be reach from assignment stage list ) .. Everything seemed going so easy, but only until I realised that I can only input the answers for first 4 questions included in first category and instead of full list of categories and other options I saw only blue headings of first category ( and save answers for first 4 questions ) and below nothing more than "show unanswered questions", "submit report" and "save and finished later".. .. I thought it was some kind of temporary technical issue and that is why I decided to carry on with giving the answers ( it was something around 3 am ) with the only difference that I was doing this in word document and was planning to copy them when the website will start working properly.. I gave the final shape to my answers around 6.30 am today and decided to check, does anything change on the website.. But nothing changed. I tried to access the RE account through IE as well as Mozilla Firefox, restarted PC, updated Mozilla, updated flash, did many things but without any sign of improvement.. Of course when I've realised that it's not temporary issue tried to contact shopper support team members as well as technical team by PM directly through my RE account, I did tried to contact them as well on the phone and by email ( even posted copy of my fully filled questionnaire as word document to proof that I did, what I suppose and within the restriction time range ), but it's Saturday.. There is no response neither online, nor by phone..
To be perfectly honest I'm terrified as it was my first assignment and I don’t want to make a fool of myself just on the beginning .. There was 24 hours time restriction ( counted from 11 am yesterday as it was time I suppose to show up at the location ) to complete and submit report, which of course is already done and I couldn't do anything more regarding submitting the report .. But still I have an active assignment and theoretical chance to submit the questionnaire, but technical issue still is unsolved.. Please could you advice me, is there anything more, what I could do in this circumstances ? Should I release the job ? May someone tell me how to speak with the support team member at once they will contact me ( probably not before Monday ) ? And the last thing – do you think I will be labeled as unreliable and irresponsible and whether this matter will affect my future with RE ? :cool:
P.S. Did I metioned, that I didnt sleep yet, this situation let me feel so powerless ....I'm Polish and so what?[FONT="]

Welcome. Firstly don't panic. It's only RE
They don't give you jobs based on reputation adn as you will have read by now is the most least respected company (along with gap)
Wait till monday, ring and explain. Job done.
They will be fine. There computer system is normally madness.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

i know this is stupid but...did you click on the category heading? Then the questions for that section come up?

I live in a small village in between ipswich and BstE but i do visit Sudbury quite alot too. Where are the reat of you???? i am still only half way thru the questionairre test things on gap, god they seem to take forever!!! Then i will be regestering with the rest of them, reckon i'll get most of them done by the end of tomorrow, so i can fully get to grips with them all. It very daunting at first but i am so determined to make a go of it!!0 -

I don't go to Haverhill as the road's awful and also I lived there for too long to want to go back, even on a mystery shop :rotfl:. Sudbury and Newmarket are both nice to go to, but only if there's enough jobs to make it worthwhile, and normally there's only one or two.
There seems to be enough to keep us all busy though, thank goodness.0 -

It did take about 12 months of hotel stays + a very good RE allocator (who has now sadly moved on :eek: To Proof reading:eek::eek:)
No actual $$ profit made but no losses either.
