I have been losing points on React as I have been forgetting to use quotation marks on things people are saying, got 10/10 on my last report. On the other side though I always use 2 spaces after a full stop as it was how I was taught to type oh about 22 odd years ago.
Same here, glad I'm not the only one old enough to have been taught that0 -

Up until this thread I thought that is what everyone did, 2 spaces after a full stop . I "learnt" to touch type in the early '90s using a computer but I would guess they would still be teaching "typing" methodolgy then.
Anyhow anyone know of any MS for washing machines I can get, ideally one where you have to do a purchase and full reimbursement. Ours has just gone up in a puff of smoke (we had it repaired 18 months ago and it was only a temp fix then so I fear it has washed its last wash)

Thank you so much!!
I've just had to send an email to the assignment contact at RE anyway as I muddled up the 2 pubs.
Definitely time for bed for me. Hopefully I'll wake up out of this stupid-done about a million silly things wrong in the last few hours-muddle!!
Sorry about my little outburst rant earlier btw!
Did you have too much Pimms? :beer:0 -
Just thought I'd share this .....
I am halfway through one of my regular waves of work. Nice easy jobs, but the scenario changes every wave. I did my third job today, which was 20 miles from the last one I did (on Wednesday).
I strolled in. There was just the one SA, behind the counter. I launched into the first of the four things I had to request, thinking to myself, "I recognise that man." He gave me a sly grin (with appropriate eye contact), and said, "No, we don't have that here. Try xxxxx place [20 miles away]. I think you'll find they have that and anything else you might want to ask me about." I really couldn't think what to say (apart from "Thanks" and "Goodbye").:o
Luckily it was for a sensible MS company. I'm doing a reshop next week and will peer in through the windows before going in.0 -

Just at the end of the GfK telephone bank enquiry questionnaire, and I remember that in the notes it says to use 2 spaces after a full stop. AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!
As you may have guessed, I've only been using ONE!! Like normal people. Grrrr!

There must only be me and Kman near there. I usually do them for an increased fee. Haverhill is a bit too far for me to travel. I often go to Sudbury though when I can make a circuit involving it!
Whereabouts are you desperate 2 b debt free?
I don't do the burger jobs - I 'failed' one of the monthly questionairres accidently on purpose... :rotfl:0 -

I have just picked up one from RE which had to be done Mon/Tues next week. Wonder if it was that one that they changed the date on - however can not see someone from RE being there at this time at night.0 -
An RE job (due 24/09) for a decent fee has just appeared, how annoying!0
