Had the problem a long time ago with Gyp, just used the contact us option, from memory it took them a couple of days to reply, they then cancelled the assignment but added a closed shop fee onto one of my other completed assignments.0 -

When this happens to me with Gyp, I do the "belt and braces" act:
I send a web message using the Assignments/Unable to complete options, I send multiple emails to all their regular email addresses and I submit the report with visit times, full story, etc., and a photograph of the closed location. At least one of these methods obviously works, but I am unable to tell you which (although dazza.mk clearly has success with the first)!0 -

Haha I do the Assignments / Unable to complete and also the sending several emails method  normally let the report go overdue so they they ring you about dinnertime the next day moaning that it's not in and then you can tell them verbally it was shut as well...
If it was anywhere else you could just ring them to start with... Maybe if they upped the fees a bit the jobs would be less likely to be dropped by the shoppers and the staff could actually answer the phones instead of spending all day ringing people bribing them to eat yet another greasy burger0 -

Ah, but by submitting the report with a photograph, I am clearly avoiding the tedious follow-up phonecall ...........:rotfl:0 -

Sometimes I quite like them calling methink they know they're getting it in the neck when I say I'm pleased they've called :rotfl:
They always ring me at the worst times though, know it's them because they come up as "Unknown", rang me twice in succession in the middle of a mystery visit the other day... No message of course but anyone else comes up at "Blocked" if they're withholding their number :cool:0 -

That's exactly why I'm happy to avoid them having to ring me!:D0 -
