I am a bit concerned that they won't accept the return as I know that a lot of beauty products can't be returned for health and safety reasons. It says in the notes that it is 'expected' that if the product is not tampered with they should accept it back, but it doesn't say what will happen if they refuse to refund. And if you're buying it for yourself and can't open it, what excuse can you use to take it back?

Any advice appreciated please.

Maybe: work colleague bought this product a couple of weeks ago and doesn't get on with it. She is giving you hers. Or: just been somewhere else and bought a different product that smells nicer ...

i say i bought it and it was open...seal damage

If that was the case they would just replace the item, not refund

Did anybody in my area see the hotels on RE as there were none for me. I didn't see any of the pubs either, and I always used to.
