I may be able to help with the excuse. Say that a family member noticed you bought it and they had a bad reaction to it. They were alergic to an ingredient and you dont want to risk it.
    Thanks, that's a good one :D.

Has anyone done one of the beauty counter visits for ESA yet? The one where you have to buy a moisturiser from one of the premium brands and then return it.

I am a bit concerned that they won't accept the return as I know that a lot of beauty products can't be returned for health and safety reasons. It says in the notes that it is 'expected' that if the product is not tampered with they should accept it back, but it doesn't say what will happen if they refuse to refund. And if you're buying it for yourself and can't open it, what excuse can you use to take it back?

    Any advice appreciated please.

Maybe: work colleague bought this product a couple of weeks ago and doesn't get on with it. She is giving you hers. Or: just been somewhere else and bought a different product that smells nicer ...
  • is it my imagination or have the edig surveys due dates been extended? could have sworn they were the 3rd and now they are the 6th. confused!

Mine all still say 3rd - I have a lot of work to do this evening!!

If that was the case they would just replace the item, not refund

Did anybody in my area see the hotels on RE as there were none for me. I didn't see any of the pubs either, and I always used to. :(
