If you've done a job on their old system, they would have sent you an invoice to complete with the job notes...

I thought you had to log into the "old" website. Then along the top it has "home" "assignments" "invoices" "details". Click Invoices then "new invoice"

Thanks for your reply both of you. I can't find an invoice with the jobe notes and when I try to log in on the link using the generated password I can't get in :(. Perhaps I will email them and see.

Hi has anybody received an "icing" invoice yet?

    Thanks
No Matter what you do there will be critics.

I would think they'll be out middle of this month. Although the job was done beginning of last month we weren't told what to do with them until after cut off so I think that's why it hasn't come out in the end of August run.

I gave up with them after getting really annoyed. My partner however has managed to get a few £10 vouchers off them in the past year or so.

Has anyone done one of the beauty counter visits for ESA yet? The one where you have to buy a moisturiser from one of the premium brands and then return it.

I am a bit concerned that they won't accept the return as I know that a lot of beauty products can't be returned for health and safety reasons. It says in the notes that it is 'expected' that if the product is not tampered with they should accept it back, but it doesn't say what will happen if they refuse to refund. And if you're buying it for yourself and can't open it, what excuse can you use to take it back?

    Any advice appreciated please.

I may be able to help with the excuse. Say that a family member noticed you bought it and they had a bad reaction to it. They were alergic to an ingredient and you dont want to risk it.
