Ummmm Any one else not paid for TNS -- Large supermarkets... !!!!!!.

Can anyone help?
I did a couple of shops in massive Extra Supermarket Crieff Road Perth and Kngsway Dundee, got leaflets and took a photo.
Having got home I sent the leaflets as proof, and have got a note saying that, as they don't have the store name etc they aren't valid evidence.
However, like an idiot I deleted the photos as I didin't think I needed them
Now I don't have proof ARGHH!
Is there any chance anyone has a photo of one/both these stores they can email me?? I know it's a bit of a long shot
I'll know in future not to delete anything until it's been accepted!

Sorry can't help - is it not possible for you to go back and re-take the photo? Or can you get a picture from Google Streetmaps maybe?

However, please delete client name from your post, as per the heading of this thread.

hello, quick qu for those who have recently registered as self-emplyed- how long did it take you from registering to be sent your info through (eg codes, username?) etc? i registered in november and was sent my exemption cert but nothing else.

spent nearly an hour on phone nearly 3 weeks ago trying to sort it out, local office blaming registration line and vis versa, kept telling me to call the other office and eventually a woman said she would re-register me. i still have not been sent anything :mad: i also had to spent over £6 calling them to sort out their error as had to call from my mobile.

i am now absolutely fuming that i still have not been sent anything and there is no way that i am calling them again at my own cost to be fobbed off and told to ring someone else.

i would just like to know if i should have been sent the docs within 3 weeks as if so i am going to make a complaint via the complaints procedure as i cant see it ever being sorted out otherwise as no-one is preparaed to take responsibility for it

I'm the same. I got the email but haven't heard yet as to when we can input the results. I did a visit today and am hanging fire.

No got mine ok..and finally got paid for the coffee shop I did for them months ago!

Did a chemist for RM this morning. Came home and put the reciept on my desk to ready to fill in the report later and now it's vanished into thin air! Searched all over the room and can't find it anywhere, so can only assume it blew out the door when I raced out to get the washing in as it started raining earlier. How annoying :mad:

Am passing there on Tuesday so I'll have to call in and do it again. Luckily it was just a small spend on anything and hubby needed a deodorant so it's not like I bought something specific or expensive just for the job.

I was thinking I would input the results and then just 'save' them until they email again. If I wait , I will forget what happened (other than remembering the milk shake was superb!).

Personally I would keep a paper copy or at least some notes as well just in case the problems they're having mean that the data disappears when they fix it!
