 Two and a half hours later I am on my fourth report for Gap - I wish they would sort out their spell checker.

i found it quicker today to just log off and on again. It saves it so you just have to redo the front page.

Managed to make a cup of tea while waiting for one page to load.

Is Gap always that slow? It must've taken me nearly an hour to complete my first survey yesterday due to the slow page load speeds. Also, one page of questions wouldn't load at all so I had to put the answers in the general comments and there were a couple of required questions where the options didn't make sense!

Can't say I'm impressed with my first experience - does it get better?

They used to be fine and then they introduced the "spell check" thing that seems to be what is causing the go slow. It seems to be a bit random when it works or does not work.

I think they have acknowledged that there is a problem with it, but who knows if they will be doing anything about it.:p

Maybe the browser makes a difference? It works fairly quickly for me on safari or firefox but haven't tried IE. Must admit I ignore the spell check and just click next. It prompts a couple of times with a box to click OK on but then moves to the next page ok.

Even if the page is one where you have to click spell check to see the next button as soon as next appears before it runs the spell check you can click it and it will move forward.

For their fees it's not worth spending hours fighting with the site!!

I use Firefox so it is not the browser :(

I tend to ignore the spellcheck as well, it seems to be totally random how quickly it moves on some pages load fine and others seem to have major problems.

ukmonkey has posted the number for them either earlier on this thread or on a previous thread. Was 3 or 4 months ago I think.
