I feel your pain - I only had one to do tonight and that has put me in a bad mood. I have four to do tomorrow as well so I think my OH may avoid me all night!0 -

I am half way through the third one - but given the one I have left to do is a burger one I suspect I might be here for some time. Not helped by BF who has come back from a work night out having "only had a few beers" who is talking absolute rubbish to me, and repeating the same thing every 5 minutes...0 -

Just a shame you weren't doing RE reports. Your BF's skills would have been really useful for those.:rotfl:0 -
Some of them give you access to Arrivals (though I would add that not many in Britain are like that.) The best thing to do is to go back to Security and claim that for some reason, you can't fly anymore... Could be complicated, but they can't exactly FORCE you to fly. (Or can they?
)
In many of the airports now the arriving passengers come in to the same area as the departing ones. Stansted is like that in the domestic departures area. Anyway you have every right to go back out if you want to - just go back the way you came in! As many others have said i would take the flight and enjoy it! :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Thanks for all the advice and pms about the airport - job has probably gone now, but just wondered how to do it as I have never seen an exit from airport departures and the walkway off the plane I left last week had a glass screen separating me from those getting on.
As for having a nice few days away, not possible with kids, especially during school holidays. The return fare for a day trip was stupidly high, esp as the brief said you had to leave after the mystery lunch shop - just not worth the time and money for a few hours abroad.
But thanks anyway to those who responded, and I'll be looking for the departures exit next time I fly!Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
