Just got 2 more messages saying the same thing. Thats now 3 shops. My reply was!
I can do that. Although i did have replies from the same question from other retailers. Regardless of what question i asked there should have still been a responce, even if to ask for more detail. I don't mean to be rude but if this is an independant assessment than what they are like previously shouldn't make a difference to what i have experienced in this instance.
Sorry, for asking, just doesn't seem right. I mystery shop and am told on a constant basis my past experience should not interfear with the report i perform for the job as i need to be unbiased and report totally on that experince alone. The fact that you have known them to be good at responding to emails and giving them two goes with a different question doesn't seem fair on the other retailers either.
Can you please confirm you want me to send another email.
I have done 45 surveys. Of course some will come back without replies. I don't see how it's a fair assessment if some retailers get 2 goes.
Im not the only one shopping them. If they normally have good customer service than obviously this will reflect in everyone else's surveys

thats awful! i have had two that did not reply and i asked a moronic question about returns that is clearly in the FAQ. as you ahve said, no matter how stupid the question or if more detail is needed then they should respond.
i worked for amail order company (not one on there!) and solely did emails. we would get emails saying where is my order with no name, address, order number etc... would not dream of ignoring them no matter how annoying it is having to ask for obvious information! :mad:
ha has made me laugh remembering some we got. usually would take longer to think of !!!!!!!! answer to pad out a simple enquiry. used to get lots from 'emily etc... aged 8,9,10' saying ' i love your clothes blah blah' as they were after freebies!:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -
i never clear my inbox so if i dont spot a reply i use search email box. i have not had an email from one i did the day the surveys were allocated! was a very simple return query as well! going to try and get them in early as the two i have just done have been accepted in a few hours, last time i submitted them on the deadline and it was about 2 weeks before they were accepted :eek:
