I did that but nothing was there. However, I have discovered that it is ESA - although the job has vanished into a Black Hole and is not showing on my list. Neither have they sent me their usual 'reminder - this job is due etc' email so I think I can safely assume its been de-allocated for some reason. I'm not worried about that - just didn't want to annoy a company by missing a job they thought I was doing.

Can someone help me please!!

I'm doing a few coffee jobs for TNS Sassie and have received emails through this morning saying that I have not provided a shop date... I've not worked with TNS Sassie before and very confused about how I select a shop date! Could someone point me in the right direction please. (It's probably me just having one of those days!)

If you log in to the other TNS system and click on their Reference guides you will find step by step instructions for Sassie.

I'm in the same boat! It looks to me as though you need to input your planned visit date on the report form and click 'Save'. That changes the job status to Incomplete instead of New. I might be wrong though - the Sassie Guidelines onn the other website weren't especially clear on that point.

Is anyone doing the RE shooting star shop?

I noticed the assistant and another man who helped were not wearing name badges. As it was a reveal, I asked the lady her name and she showed me her badge was fastened right on the end of her tie. The weight of the badge meant it was pulling the tie and the badge was pointing down to the floor, so I'd not noticed it. She said the man's badge was probably on his tie too, but as he had his jacket fastened, the badge was obscured.

Seems like a stupid place to put badges, but check the tie ends if you are doing that store!

I've just had a look and from what I can work out, this is what should be done! Talk about confusing!! :rotfl:

Under the Shop /Due Date now, my dates I selected are in bold. Phew!
