Are you sure you were actually allocated it? Maybe you just applied for it, and didn't get it?

You need to go into the questionnaire bit and enter the date at the top there, and save it. It will say something like "Are you sure, the questionnaire isnt complete" but just tick yes. I found from doing so last wave that you can change the date if your plans change but only a couple of times.

I'm not sure about what I have to purchase yet, on mine, it says that the briefing documents will be loaded shortly. Hmm...

Does anyone know how long they usually take to pay or what date they process the BACs payments on each month?

I completed mine 3 weeks ago on Saturday, but haven't heard anything.

Still waiting for 2 from 14th and 1 from 22nd. Last month was paid BACS on 8th for similar completion dates. No panic.
