Thanks for that - you are right, it was ESA! ((I've done acountrywide search for them and they still have quite a few still available).
Unfortunately, even though I KNOW I self allocated the job, there is nothing showing on my list so, somehow, it must have got de-allocated. I can't be faffing about phoning and arguing the toss so I will leave it - I was just concerned that I would get a shirty email from some Company after I failed to do a job they expected me to complete!ELITE 5:2

Is it just me or is anyone else finding the proofreaders at RE are going ridiculously over the top lately. I used to never get anything back and now it's getting to be nearly every job and for the stupidest things. I had one back today and I had clearly answered the question so have no idea what they were expecting me to do with it??
In case it's just me, it was for a sandwich shop and the question was something like how clean, tidy and organised was the shop. I gave it the second highest and said it was very clean and tidy, the organisation was fairly good but I had really struggled to get to the pastry cabinet as it was round the other side of the counter right in the back corner and as there was a queue it was impossible to get past.
The query said, 'state how they could improve' erm - that was my suggestion!!
I thought it was just me that the last 4 reports ive done were bounced back by the proofreading team. I was getting paranoid. I thought id been very thorough with all answers. For the fees involved Im beginning to think its not worth it.0 -

I had what I wanted to say ready, it was a company in London. Then when I'd made the required appointment she asked which direction I was coming from because she'd guide me around the roadworks. I had absolutely no idea what was close by to blag it, so had to stutter something about using the satnav.Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0 -

That's what I would have done! I've got two of them to do on thurs so ill be prepared now. Thanks for the heads up. X0 -
Got a problem.

The reason given was:
Email: I notice that a few of your surveys have returned a \"no response\" in the email section. This is unusual, so in order not to unfairly mark the retailer down, would you please make another enquiry either letting them know which item you wish to check the stock of, or make a different enquiry. This retailer is generally responsing to emails, so I feel your question lacked detail. Many thanks.
I would like to know what everyone else would have replied with before i show you what i did as....it wasn't ummmm what they may have wanted.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

I spoke to Abai yesterday they said should be there in under a week
As for RE: I called them up as I had a query about not being able to see an address on the receipt!! -- When you clearly could I made the supervisor pull it up.. she apologized and put my points back. I hate to be a B**** but I can't stand getting these emails you have X LONG to reply for their error.0 -
I was in a shop that is in a chain that is mystery shopped by me and many others on here. I had just popped in for a few bits in my own time and could not believe the infantile antics of the staff. I actually feel like phoning and lodging a complaint as a normal everyday customer. I presume this would not be possible.0
