It wasn't aimed at anyone - just a comment on the overall discussion. Its never worth taking a chance on Gap nor arguing the toss after the event - they can be VERY picky and usually stick rigidly to their rules. Some of their rules have no bearing at all on the job results but, if thats what they want, its best to stick to it. Its annoying when they reject your results but thats just Gap!
I think the problem wasn't that borders was unaware of the minimum, but she (he?) managed to pick up chocolate that was BOGOF therefore the price went down at the till. Much like if you're on a pizza job and they encourage you to get a meal deal it would be stupid and suspicious to say no.0 -
Hi, I was wondering if anyone can suggest what item to take to the dry cleaners job as I don't want to go over reimbursement fee and I can't find any prices online. Thanks:beer:half scottish half italian :100%moneysaver0

I took a coat. It cost £11.75. Look at it as a loss making job.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

I can't afford loss making jobs! Especially for the company in question, what's the point? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Good point, that's not a loss though
that's a freebie lol. I have just about given up with this company. They're doing my head in so sorry if I sounded negative.

I would think a shirt or blouse would be cheap. They used to be £3-4 but I haven't used a dry cleaners for years so I could be well out of date. Could you find rough prices from another retailer? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
