I have a BIG problem with this site not enough hours in the day to sit and read all the posts ::) I need to get sacked from work andf foster the children out!!! ;D
I wished upon a star tonight that I would see you once more,
To hold you in my arms and tell you how much I love you,
To hear your voice, to kiss your cheek oh for just one more time,
But all I have are memories and a heart full of love and tears.

I am addicted to this site as well. My poor hubby and kids keep getting their dinner late as I get side tracked reading and replying to messages.

Ha. I started a really similar thread in the discussion thread. I have just been trying to find you the link and cannot find it.  ???

    It's HERE ;D

Unfortunately it just brings it home to me how bad I am - could remember the thread and had a fair idea of how many pages back in DT it was :-[
On a serious (kind of) note - I have started to feel guilty if hubby comes in and sees me on here and have taken to having other sites up as well so I can click on them and not look like I'm glued to here all day :-[ :-[ :-[
My worst day was when I sat for a solid six hours on here, other days I was close to essay deadlines but still couldn't resist having this on as I was typing it up.
Now I try to be more disciplined but it is very rare for me to not 'check in' every day and I'm probably still clocking up a couple of hours - no wonder my house is a mess ::)

I'm beginning to embarrass myself as well by starting every sentance about buying stuff, insurances etc with 'well on Martins site / moneysaving expert it says.....' And if I use someones 'online name' when I say who said something I just sound crazy!
    I'm a little angel o:)BUT A WHOLE LOTTA DEVIL

    I do that too ;D
I work at home so I keep the odd spreadsheet minimised, ready to bring up when he walks in. Sometimes when he comes home from work, he brings me a cuppa then asks if I want anything to eat. He must think 'Awwww, she's still working' ;D ;D

yep trix, i do that at work too, so click on when others are out of the room. sad or what. no-one brings me a brew though.
  • Thank god for that, I thought it was just me being a wierdo!

So many times I send people links / tips etc, and they just ask "Where did you FIND that" and the response is always MSE. I even gave my cousin the Money Diet for his BIRTHDAY! :-[ well.. if I'm living with him...

My cupboards are stocked with things bought on vouchers, my wine rack with joining offers cases and samples drop through my letterbox daily.. ;)

    Keep up the good work!

    TQ

You all seem like my second 'family'- I probably spend more time with you lot than my hubby and get no hassle or grief!

Just remembered that I was dreaming last night of Cathy. Where on earth would our paths cross I here you ask?? I was in a chip shop and she handed over the VINEGAR to me. I just knew straightaway who she was... Nothing said, but we knew where we had met!
    It's great in here! :)
