Absolutely. A very small minority of the population use these site. A small minority of those read this board, and those that do will primarily be ones who are trying to buy houses. The results will be meaningless. A lot of people in the country are happy with their housing situation so won't be looking for a site like this.0 -

As for everybody else, thanks for the responses. Some useful snippets of information. I won't be dwelling too much and have made the decision that I'll not be rushing for the sake of it, and saving for an appropriate deposit rather than the minimum0 -
