Hi, I know that you are going away but I just caught up and there were a couple of things I felt the need to talk about
Angels, whilst I am not religious I do believe in Angels. These can come to me in many forms, real people who come into my life when I need answers or help with something. The spiritual form, for me, is when I meditate and come upon an Angel, much as you have described. I believe this to be my subconscious self guiding me in the direction I need to go in. When I am in a deep state of meditation then I believe I come into contact with my subconscious but my mind has to clarify this and thus it relays as an angel, if that makes sense.
Affirmations. My diary is entitled I have more than enough for my needs. This has been my affirmation since the age of 16. I grew up in a poor family, they were always striving to earn more, be more, want more. One day I said that I had more than enough for my needs and they all laughed at me. The times when I have been happiest in my life (and the most solvent) have been times when I have held onto this attitude. I have lapsed at times and they have been the times when I have been most unhappy in my life.
Books I have never read Nora Roberts so do not know what kind of author she is. I can say that if you like a really light read and some escapism then I would definitley recommend Cecelia Aherne. All of her books are lovely. Kind of like adult fairy tales. She wrote PS I love you that was made into a film. My favourite is If you could see me now, which is all about imaginery friends. Brings a smile to my face. I wish that I could write like that.
Have a great holiday. When you come back you will have more clients that you need, but you will enjoy. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -
Thank you everyone for the lovely messages.
Cherisong I agree about the angels. I always see an angel as protection or a helping hand when I need it.
Affirmations- I tried befor but not for long but they have really been working for me now. I reccommend them to clients with confidence/ self esteam issues. Louise Hay who wrote 'you can heal your life' said she used loads but the main 1 is to say ' I love and accept myself'. I get my clients to do 3, that one, 'I release the past and forgive everone' and another connected with their personal issue.
Since I have been saying 'money flows to me easily ', it has!
I have a stack of books in my suitcase, but will look for Cecilia in the library when I get back

I'm back after a lovely holiday.
Only 1 client booked in this week, and 2 buyers on ebay after my blood , so everything to play for this week.
Holiday book review
Death of a witch by M.C.Beaton, loved it, read the whole thing with a smirk on my face. I will look out for more of these, there where a few in the library. Light hearted, fast paced and funny 8/10
the undomestic goddess by Sophie Kinsella, disappointed in this one, but I was expecting great things as I usually love her books. It was very readable am I enjoyed it but it was predictable. Great characters but a poor plot 6/10
The perfect lie by Emily Barr, I love this book!:T I read it in 2 days but could have read it in one go. A real page turner, the story unfolds telling the past and present, giving away information slowly, very exciting 10/10
My voice will go with you, teachings tales of Milton Erickson by Sidney Rosen, yaaaaaawn, Rosen takes great examples of the great hypnotherapist Erickson whom has got fantastic teachings and padds them out in the most boring way. There must be a better Erickson book out there please! 10/10 for Erickson 1/10 for Rosen
Time for a snoop to see what I have been missingSew it, knit it, glue it, reuse it , don't buy it0 -
