Well I'll join you in the asylum then because I get giddy inside when I see a lovely curly white feather too! And the oddest thing is, several years ago I was in the garden reading an article in a mag about angels and thinking how lovely, when a little white feather floated down, and yes I know all the reasons why it could have been just a feather, but it was special to me!
When I "met" my angel on the visualisation, he/she just stepped out from behind a rocky outcrop in front of me. I couldn't tell if it was a he or a she, but was very tall with shoulder length pale hair and pale skin. He also had very long fingers and placed his hands either side of my face and spoke to me. It wasn't scarey, in fact very calming and there have been several times since when I would have appreciated a visit!

I know exactly what you mean by concentrating on lack rather than abundance and I think it's just a bad habit I've got into - almost like I enjoy being miserable! Once I start feeling abundant, all sense goes out of the window and I start buying Tescos Finest!

I finished reading Key of valour by Nora Roberts last night. I will give it a 7/10 . It was ok but not one I would recommend. TBH I did'nt bother reading the last pages once I knew the out come. I would pick up another of hers from the library but would not buy one :o.
Next waiting by the bed is Death of a witch by M C Beaton. Never read any of his? her? books but they look like fun, we shall see :)

Dee, sometimes it feels safer to be miserable than making the change. Sometimes we have to get really uncomforable where we are before we change. Only you know whats best for you. I wish you health wealth and happiness, your precious, you deserve it :A

Still raining here I have plants laying all around the back garden that were dug out the front yesterday. I need to get them planted! At least they are being watered.

Only one client today and that's tonight so a free day for me. I have some running around to do . I also want to do an intake form for my weight loss client tomorrow, and prepare what script to use.

I think I will pop round Memory Girls and jot down that muffin recipe. I still have wild apples and blackberries to use up. The pie is all gone , who ate the pie? me me me :D

Hi, sorry I've been away - I'm back now! You sound very positive today :) !
We had blackberries & apples yesterday too... mmm! Have you got space to put all your transplants? I threw out a lot of old seeds and to my surprise and amusement vast quantities have sprouted. I thought I'd be lucky to get enough to cover the tiny patch where I put them! At the rate they're going I think I will have to move some elsewhere.

    Ahhh coffee time!

Welcome back Miggy ;), your garden sounds like it's looking lovely. I found some seeds in the garage this year that had been free with magazines and had some lovely supprises. There are some lovely yellow and orange flowers that open in the day and close at night, really delicate and pretty. No idea what they are though, I will leave them and hope they self seed for next year.

Our garden is not huge but a nice size. When I moved in DH had already been here 10 years and is no gardener so was all lawn with a few bushes. I think he knew things were going to change when I moved in and dug up loads of plants to bring with me. There was no way I could leave my roses behind, I love my roses. I may not be able to afford cut flowers but I love seeing a new bud and waiting for it to open. So ever since I have been making flower beds, filling them (freebies, prezzies, cuttings, Mr T vouchers, bargins at DIY stores) and then I keep making the beds wider. So the compost bin men are going to moan at me again for throwing in turf. They say its too heavy, I say if I can drag the bin to the raod it,s not. Come on guys show us your muscules :rotfl:

Well I sit here in a right mess. Muffin crumbs surround me on every side. :o I used Memory girls recipe but changed it to use up my apple and blackberries. I did think it looked sloppy (well TBH runny) when I spooned it in the cases, but MG said it was so easy her 10 year old could do it so I was confident. Wrongly as it turns out. They are crumbely and a bit flat but now I have finished my 2nd I can honestly say they taste great. I think when I offer them I will not call them muffins as the expectation will be to high and these apple and blackberry flatties are very low :rotfl:
