    That's a good idea to take one of the existing covers apart to make something similar or then when you are left with an uncovered chair you may get another idea. x

    Thanks for the M&S cake tip! I'm doing well with spelt bread at the moment, some people can tolerate it when wheat intollerant but others can't.

    I'm back and blooming boiling, even though its raining and windy its warm with a lightweight jacket on. suns come out here but its very windy, so i've chanced putting towels on the line, and another load in the machine

    Wish I was at home to be able to put my washing on the line because I am sure it would blow dry wonderfully and then it could be ironed straight away and give off that lovely fresh smell.

    Just eaten my leek and potato soup and having some more water :)

    while i was out i looked in a charity shop, got myself a pair of black trousers size 14 for £1.75 ready for more weight loss :)

    Hmmm....just a ponder....is it worth getting Virgin even though I don't watch much tv (although I would if i had channels to watch) or should i just get it for the phone and broadband?

    Blowig a gale here too,at least it's stopped raining..I've put my washing out but I'm keeping an eye on it in case it takes off into the field!!
    Did another 45mins on the treadmill today,I can now run for 45mins without having to stop for a while,def less out of breath too...I'll join you runners yet!!
