Good evening  hope everyone is well.
I seem to be really busy at the moment and yet have nothing significant to report (other than lovely new fledgling relationship).
Well done on the weight loss Claire. I am doing a 3 week challenge to lose half a stone, and have lost 4lbs already, but I am debating doing CD for a fortnight to lose the rest.
I only have a week's worth of shakes but I could easily order some more. Hmmm...is it worth £35? It might be actually, if it gives me just a little extra bit of confidence for my date!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Trying to do the personal statement bit on the application form. I fit all the essential criteria but I'm wide of the mark on the desirable. Maybe I should just put 'because I am desirable'

can i ask how much the CD costs? i would like to do it but the cost worries me a little0

Claire, I've done it before, a couple of times in fact, but can never stick to it for more than a couple of weeks. But to just do that, and feel at my best, would be cool.
Hi Judi, how're you? it costs up to about £40 a week, depending on whether you do sole source (ie, no food at all), or one of the plans with some food in it. It is usually about £35 - £38 a week for sole source, but a bit more if you buy the ready made cartons."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
I'm not too bad snaggs - work is a bit of a nightmare but it pays the bills!! Just wish I could get motivated to loose weight/get fit but just can't seem to get my head in the right place - glad you are having a good time with your new man - sometimes that is enough to kick start your motivation! Price of CD isn't as bad as I thought - but I just don't know if i could stick to it! would like to try though!0
