    Hi guys

I got the dreaded 31st May email too - I have 55000 pts so just short but I can't see me getting to 60000 before end of May (will lose 9000+)

Maybe I should just transfer them to ipoints?

I don't really understand the ipoints system WJ. It seems you need an awful lot of points for most things on there which makes me think that maybe pixamania is better value for cashing your points. I was originally interested in ipoints because I am an amazon freak but it doesn't look like it would be worth using my test and vote points through them.

    Any views from everyone else?

You seem to need a minimum number to transfer to ipoints as well, I didn't seem to have enough to do it otherwise I was going to do that to save my points. I'm not sure it's the best value compared to the other options for your points.

I've been having a bit of a problem with my last redemption for a £15 HMV voucher.
Been a member of T&V for about a year.

Finally got enough points for a HMV voucher in Nov. last year (then £10). There were a few cheap comedy DVD's on HMV that I thought would be good for Xmas.

After emailing them, I finally received my voucher, on 29/12/06

Been quite lucky with surveys this year, so put in another redemption for £15 voucher, to add to the £10 I already have (comedy offer on HMV ended, now:rolleyes: )

    This was on 06/02/07.

I have now sent approx. 5 emails, to various addresses. Not so much as received an automated reply.

I would just throw it all in now, but for the fact that I have 55000 points, and I'd like to get the HMV total up to £40, so I can get some serious money off stuff. Another survey, and I'm there.

    Unless they don't pay up.

    Again

i think test and vote are seriously going downhill...im totally disgusted with them at the moment...i have been chasing up points for surveys completed some in dec and have just had an email saying that for 3 of the surveys they have heard back from the companies and been told i didnt complete the surveys when i know damn well i did and i only keep the completed surveys...its a good way for them to wriggle out of giving the points which is what i am disgusted about and im now going to be cancelling my account as the points from those 3 surveys alone come to nearly 30000 points as well as the other 5 they are chasing up coming to another 40000 thats a lot of points to be told im not getting because they recon i didnt complete them...total to**ers..very unhappy with them now...

just wanring you in case your like me still chasing points from months ago...they will probably tell you the same...

I'm a bit worried aswell as I'm waiting for £80 worth of vouchers claimed

I also have wrote loads of times to them about around 14 surveys that they havent paid me for and a lot of those were for 10.000 points they just don't reply they ignore everything you write to them about

I don't understand why it takes them weeks and weeks to send an evoucher? Thats how we get them isnt it or do we get it through the post? It just makes no sense to delay that long to send an email with the evoucher
    Thanx

You could try contacting Frederic-Charles Petit at frederic.petit@toluna.com. He is the founder and Chief Executive of Toluna plc. I copied him in on an email chasing points in the hope that things might be pushed along a little quicker.

I'm still waiting for my HMV e-voucher...........
