I just did the one quick vote that was available and usually it gives me the points instantly but it hasnt. I logged out then in again but it still wasnt added

Still no sign of my HMV voucher and no reply to my email. I'm also still waiting for 32,500 points, some of which date back to December last year. :mad:

Why do points take ages to be added sometimes?! ive been waiting for some points and no sign of them yet!

i am also waiting for some points from December. They just ignore the emails I send them, so I'm not really sure what else I can do?:mad:

has anyone else had the email about points longer than 2 years old being deleted it starts on 31st may my account is fine but oh is on 33280 the email says 7000 of those points will now expire
its now a big con to get you to use up your points entering the draws they do

I'm still not getting points for quick votes and I really don't like that they give us codes for surveys but then we cant really check properly if they have been applied because they dont put the codes down with points they apply, they put what the survey was about like cat survey or something. Thats no good we want the code with it so we can mark it off as paid

I have points unpaid for months and have wrote to them, they sent me a reply saying not enough info they wanted the actual emails with the links so I sent every single one individually and still havent heard from them and points not applied
