Me too. I'm still waiting for 10,000 points for completing Survey ID: TRSO-1358 back in December. Is this the same one as you? I requested a £15 HMV E-voucher on the 14th March and have still not received the code from Test & Vote despite the fact I have mailed them twice to find out what is going on... :mad: :mad: :mad:0

I've never had to chase up points and although the rewards sometimes take 3 or 4 weeks to be sent, I've never had to chase them up either. They're not the best but IMHO they are worth doing.

I ordered a HMV voucher on 23rd March still not got it, had e.mail off them telling me to be patient i will get it soon. ( thought it was very rude). Im also still owed some points from December, dont think im going to bother with T&V after ive got my voucherStart every day with a smile and get it over with.
