i always say never heard of it and never tested it but still dont get anything to test from them...only got the dove to test because it was a survey test not on the test page lol...

does anyone know a contact address to send queries to that will actually get sorted? iv been using the contact us address about non-credit of points. I get the automated reply but nothing more. Im waiting on points from December!!

Quick votes seem to have a new look now. Unfortunately it makes it harder to see which ones you haven't yet completed. :rolleyes:

Instead of only the uncompleted votes being in colour, votes are now labelled in monochrome with either "see results" or "participate". I found myself having to switch pages more slowly to make sure I wasn't missing any.

Although despite the obvious revamp, I STILL get the option to fill in my internet provider, despite the fact that I completed that vote well over six months ago. :rotfl:

I got mine sorted by forwarding the invitation emails to:

kader.benatil@toluna.com.

Though that was because (s)he was the person dealing with my complaint, and they gave me their direct email because my mails were being rejected by the standard info.en@testandvote.com email address. Might be worth a try though.

I have enough points for a hmv voucher but cant find them under rewards. Any one know how to claim them?

Hey, had a box of cereals in post yesterday,no idea where from as i do several surveys, turned out it was test and vote. Jst done follow up survey for trying them. 1st time had anything from them. So it does happen.

yeah me too and I just did the follow up survey too. Didnt like the cereals though I thought they left an unpleasant aftertaste.

As for the quick votes I've lot loads that still say participate but I've completed them probably about 10 of them, I wish they would sort it out

On the tabs at the top , go to personal area, gives a few options for what rewards you can get, scroll down and its says for other possiblilities click here, then should come up with full list. HTH

Just going through mine and see they have changed. Just doing ones that say participate. See results ones i must of done. Just get fed up of going round in circles to find them all. Wish they would remove ones that we have done.
