There is a lightspeed thread on here and reading that they seem about as bad. According to that thread its saying which magazine are interested to hear users experiences as apparently a lot of people dont get the points or vouchers

Lightspeed have got much better since they changed their reward ordering, I think the magazine story was one person asking others to join them to get a magazine to make a story.
I use Lightspeed and valued opinions, I get plenty of surveys and usually have no problem changing the rewards for Amazon vouchers - I actually prefer lightspeed as the survey reward adds instantly and with valued opinions you have to wait for it to credit.0 -
Hello
i was just wondering if anyone did a tv survey by gfk-for test and vote not long ago? i recieved my points on t+v, but then gfk emailed me asking if i would like to do a 7 day tv survey more in depth kind of thing. This was for £5 amazon voucher, did anyone do this bit? i'm asking because i completed the survey, but haven't heard anything else about the voucher?

Apparently the HMV vouchers being reduced to £12 from £15 are to bring the rewards more in-line with other survey companies (a point I cannot comprehend - surely if they offer better incentives, they will get more people filling out surveys?!)

Good detective work! I think what you were told was incredibly cheeky. T&V have gone from giving average rewards to poor ones, imo. With the new £12 - 60 000 point ratio, the reward rate is exceptionally bad. I was offered a survey last week that T&V said would take 20 minutes, the payment would have worked out at about 70p - no thanks! I love giving my opinion on new products, but fair's fair.0 -
i did this aswell but got a £5 voucher a few days ago from them, said id won in draw but wondered if it could be the one for reward, also did u get a follow up survey a few days ago0

I ordered two HMV vouchers on 8 April and have still not received them. 120 000 points down the Swanee?
And if they do send them, will they be £15 or £12 ones?Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -
I emailed them immediately before sending the above post.
Received reply 18 minutes later, as follows:
Dear Mr droopsnout,
First and foremost I would like to apologise for the delay in getting your HMV voucher code to you. Unfortunately we have experienced a delay with our order from our partner. We do hope to have the codes very shortly and they will then be sent out to our members. I sincerely apologise for the delay. We understand that our members work very hard for their points and we are of course working prevent such delays in the future. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Once again, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards
Mairi McCormack

Thanks droopsnout, I'll keep my fingers crossed that my HMV voucher will be on its way shortly. Surely they will have to send a £15 voucher since we ordered well before the incentive pricing was changed?Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0
