    If its just the shape then its not that quirky or different. There are tons of houses like that up north. One of them I know of the living room is a perfect triangle and the top point goes so narrow its the perfect size for a pot plant.
  • I always wonder why they can't do a floorplan first, then build the exterior to fit it. A lot of new builds do it the other way around. It may look interesting and appealing (sometimes) on the exterior but then it's like a jigsaw to make everything fit. Whilst searching for properties locally, I found the more traditional square room flats sold much quicker. In the current economy, surely it's better to make a practical house that sells than one which looks "different" but forever stays on the market.

    Suzy M - I know Colwyn Rd isn't in the best area but it is lively :) and cheaper than Abington even though it's only across the road...
