My Laptop wont update

It's three years old and running on 1GB. Mind you; mine's four years old and 512MB. It's !!!!! though.

I've run a Malware scan and can't click on the log, but it has found "WORM.P2P" / value: desktop sms

In malwarebytes press UPDATE tab then click CHECK FOR UPDATES.
After the update, run a FULL SCAN.
