there are then 2500 more black ones due in 1-2 weeks and 5500 silver versions due in 2-3 weeks to be able to order into stores
hi there, i need two of these and wanted two silver ones so waited. also would like to order via quidco and collect instore to save £40.
is it ever going to be possible to order the silver ones online?.0 -

Can't wait for the feedback....few reports if any on quality yet
what about this suggestion "putting your name down instore" what happens if you're one of those people who hate going into shops and do all their buying online....not to mention missing out on quidco and any diiscount codes....makes a bit of the mockery of their "Big Red Book" and ordering online....lolI'm now a retired teacher... hooray ...:j
Those who can do, those who can't, come to me for lessons:cool:0 -
Thought you guys may want to know, if your a bit fed up with waiting for Woollies, popped into my local Tesco Extra tonight and there was a team of contractors installing some new display TVs.
And lo and behold there was a 32" Technosonic there!
Now, the price is £449.97 so its 50 quid more, but it is a more stylish design (looks more like the Sony/Panasonic designs) and has 2 HDMI sockets (from memory I think the Woolies TV has 1). I think the model number was LCD3251.
Apart from that, specs seemed to be pretty much the same.
Unfortunatley, nothing on Tesco website yet, and didn't want to take any pics cos there was a fair few of Tesco bods there and they dont tend to like that sort of thing.

i ordered mine online btw...
just got mine plugged into a normal aerial, picture looks fine (had to brighten it up via the settings but fine after, lots of different options for colour which is good.
Plenty of connections etc on the back of the lcd.
will try freeview and dvd player tomorrow when i get more time to play it. and ill try out my xbox360 if it comes back tomorrow from repair.
but 2 dead pixelsone bottom left (green) and one in the middle (red or black)
will woolies replace if 2 dead pixels ?
there not noticeable if your watching tv but if the screen is dark; you just would know it was there.
tried the vga from the laptop worked fine but no widescreen in it, could be the settings from the laptop.0 -
