TM been there and done that.
GE refuse interest only and " can not " offer a payment holiday.
We are not in arrears with them todate but soon will be I should think, I have called them 3 times a week since the middle of June with no luck and they just will not help me in anyway.
We did not choose them as our mortgage was with Gmac years ago but they sold us and we ended up with this bunch of prats.
They are part of the Homeowners mortgage support that the government started and they will not even talk to us about that.
We have sent them a paper copy of our SOA from the CCCS and a email attachement.They claim to have not recieved either although the paper was sent by signed for.

That is why I went to my MP to see if she could get involved.

They should be able to help but at the moment all they are doing is making it worse as though it was my fault I was made redundant and I could have changed it.
