Ah I know this feeling.....thank you for the kick up the butt to go and sort mine out!
sorry about everything else though. I would hate the feeling of no control too
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Has the ex lost his job now things have happened? Is this why he hasn't paid, or is he just being obstructive?0

Welcome Blitzen, best advice is to start a diary and post on it daily, it keeps you focused
Feel free to keep posting here too though
Chev, my inbox has another 18 surveys in it, I really need to stay on top of it daily
Another job for this weekend!
Dangers, he no longer works there, not sure whether he jumped or was pushed. He's registered as self-employed now apparently  but the csa can't get hold of him, so I have no idea if he has any money or not, but ignoring them won't do him any favours either

Ds is at his school disco tonight, he's going to his dads tomorrow morning not that he's that keen on the idea

I'm just having half an hour with the laptop before going to collect him again at 7. One mum really p*ssed me off when I dropped him off there, she's one of those who thinks the sun shines out of her daughter, and yes she is better behaved than ds but I don't need reminding every time I see her. They were waiting to go in to the disco, and the kids were very excitable and were quite squealy and running around etc, as 7 year olds do when they're excited. Anyway, she turns to me and says "do you worry about when he's older?" I said "what do you mean?" and she replied "well do you worry that you're gonna have the police knocking at the door before you know it??"  I made some comment but am seething, it was one of those moments where you wish you could think of something clever to say, but by the time you do its far too late  She doesn't know any of the stuff thats been going on recently (she's far too gossipy to tell anything too :rotfl:), but it really really upset me :mad:Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

bb what a biatch ! I am angry on your behalf - how bl**dy dare she ! I know it's easy for me to say 'take no notice' but I bet her life and her daughter are far from perfect. Just remember what goes around comes around and her nastiness WILL come back and bite her on the bum. Benben do you not feel like pulling her up on it? I mean I think I would have to say something like 'your comment earlier has hurt my feelings and if your child and your life is perfect then lucky you but some of us work very hard against all the odds to do our best and given what DS has been going through recently I am EXTREMELY proud of him"
GGGrrrrr what a bleep!0 -
Tbh shes one of those people I really struggle to be pleasant to, she irritates the hell out of me and she has a killer ginger moustache that is sooo long it could be plaited  :rotfl: :rotfl: But ds adores her daughter and they are best buddies so she always tags along after me  I'm just back from collecting ds and I saw her and deliberately walked past and stood somewhere else while we were waiting for them to come out
She's not the sort that would even notice if she had upset someone. I'm scared to say anything to her as I think I would lose it with her

Mmmm well in that case I think she should worry more about the moustache police than about the police knocking at your door

Isn't it always the way that you want to say something clever at the time, but can only think about it later... I'm like that (as is my OH). Damned annoying.0
