Woohoo, 30 minutes gone and Bournemouth are winning 2-0 :j :j
Today I had a lovely day at the beach, it was foggy this morning but then got out really nice this afternoon. I saw ds teacher tonight and he has made him the most amazing train reward chart, it has 20 different stations on betweeon waterloo and weymouth and ds loves it
He has put in pictures of each station and everything (apparently he used to like trains too
), sounds like ds behaviour isnt as perfect as he liked me to believe
I text my sailorman last night but after a couple of texts back and forth didn't get a reply, but by 8.30 this morning I had a text apologising as he fell asleep last night
I'm thinking he must be keen by the level of messages to someone he's never met, but then I still need to know for sure about his gf/potentail ex .... Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

£23 profit from a games offer tonight and Bournemouth won 3-0, happy days !! I need to keep track of extra money going into the mortgage pot as I still don't have my chart on this computer yet. I will add it to my signature though as I can manage that bit easy enough

The new GHD's that I bought 4 or 5 months ago have packed up today  I called the shop where I bought them and they said to take them in and they will send them off to be repaired or replaced. Its a bit annoying though as I use them every day and now will need to go and get a cheapy pair just to last me while they're being looked at. In this rain my hair goes ultra wild and I can't set foot outside without using them first. It was okay when my hair was long as I could just tie it back, but its too short for that now

Today has been a nsd though :j Tonight I want to sit down and look at Octobers budget, its payday tomorrow and I, yet again, haven't kept track of spends this month. Overall I expect I've probably gone a bit over, but I have also done well with tesco vouchers (those 4 x £10 coupons) and clubcard points this month.
I think postie tried to deliver the new thing for the garage today as I have one of those red cards, so will need to go and collect that tomorrow after school too.
Oh, and guess who text me last night to say goodnight when he got in from work, and then text me again at 7am this morning to say good morning and see if I had a nice sleep
Can't wait to actually meet up with this guy, but he's going away for the weekend and then is away for seven days from monday too
Still, its finally given me the shove to get back on the diet, and the longer it is until we finally meet up then the more opportunity I have to shift some weight

Todays plans include sorting out Octobers budget, and then after school I need to go and collect the garage fob thing and take my ghds back to the hairdressers and try and get a cheapie pair in sainsburys or somewhere
Have a good day everyone

Just had a huge catch up ....I never realized you had an airport phobia.....did you develop it before or after we worked together ? :rotfl::rotfl:I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Before Duchy, have had it since I was about 10 ... I remember distinctly having an interview with our district manager (Mark E.), in Costas, overlooking the runway, and as a jumbo hurtled down the runway I caught sight of it and tipped half of my hot chocolate in his lap .... the fact it was a very pale grey suit and it was only 7.30am and he had to wear it all day in London did not amuse him at all .... I was mortified and right up until the day I left the company he still ripped the p*ss out of me for it

Well today has been quite productive; I've been and collected the garage fob and it was really easy to programme and is all working fine, so finally, after about 4 months, I have a fully functioning garage again :j :j
We've also been to see some trains as ds had a good day at school today, and we've taken my straighteners in to be sorted. I had to stop at Sainsburys and get a cheap pair (£11) as i can't last a week without them
So tonight is bathtime for both of us, a bit of tidying up and financial planning for October

I have just fired off a nice long email to National Rail asking if theres any way I could have one of their huge posters that they do thats basically a map of the south-eastern train routes. Ds absolutely loves them when we go to the station and I thought it would be ideal to go on his bedroom wall as he's not really into power rangers or any of that stuff, so I am hoping they'll let me have an old one that he can put on his wall. If they do I might be really clever and gently persuade him to ask father christmas for one and then, lo and behold, his wished may be granted

Will update when/if I get a response
