Before Duchy, have had it since I was about 10 ... I remember distinctly having an interview with our district manager (Mark E.), in Costas, overlooking the runway, and as a jumbo hurtled down the runway I caught sight of it and tipped half of my hot chocolate in his lap .... the fact it was a very pale grey suit and it was only 7.30am and he had to wear it all day in London did not amuse him at all .... I was mortified and right up until the day I left the company he still ripped the p*ss out of me for it ;):D

Ha Ha I liked Mark-He was one of the good guys . Even though I basically walked out with no notice when my marriage imploded big style and I ran home to Mum -he still gave me a fab reference when I applied to the Croydon branch a year later

Yay, the weekends here :j :j What a wet wet day!! After school today I went to the school gym with some work mates and did half an hour on the exercise bike before collecting ds from after school club.

Tonight I'm planning on pottering and getting some jobs done indoors, tomorrow ds has a party and then is going to his dads.

I had an email from quidco today saying they've paid me £15  and another one from national rail saying they'll send me the poster, just need to let them have my address :T :T

Spends today = £2.75 on lunch.

One load of washing done, the next lot is in. Dishwasher is loaded and on, all rooms are tidy (except for the lounge which has toys out). And .... I've started writing my christmas list :rotfl::rotfl: I'm always asked by mum / sister etc what I want and I never know, and I tend to get the same things most years now, (wine - don't drink it, smellies - tend to stick to the same ones but these don't tend to be the ones they buy, clothes - very hit or miss, either get it spot on or a million miles away), so I thought I'd start writing a list so that when they ask I will have some ideas to give them. I'm planning on putting lots of stuff on there so that it will still be a surprise at Christmas as I won't know which things they've gone for ;):)

We've also completed ds homework which is due in for monday, so thats one more thing out of the way :T

How did I completely forget Strictly was on last night?? :(:(
Never mind, I did manage an early night and am at least quite refreshed this morning. Ds is off to his friends birthday party at 11.30 and I am going to nip to town then for a couple of bits. When its finished I'll pick him up and come home and then his dad will be here shortly after. Once he's gone to his dads I'm planning on a lazy afternoon watching the footie scores, Bmth have a local derby today against Southampton :D

Lazy afternoon planned here too - lots of DVDs, the central heating, and a tidy house. That'll do me!!

    Enjoy your day x
