Your very short term mobility problem certainly dosnt warrent HRM and you get high rate care due to MH issues, no medic would send supportive evidence for your HRM supersession on your claimes you have posted here.

i have a letter stating 100 meters when in pain from consultant he had only meet me twice in 2008 and 2010 and that was for 5mins so dont no how he got that, and iam at the stage where i ALWAYS have pain to some degree or another, things have changed since i got help filling in my forms in a matter of weeks iam alot worse i have shocked my friends at the way iam even to the point of saying i shouldnt have my dog
  • Hi sorry for your berevement

Evan as former DWP employee I find the DLA forms a nightmare and honestly never come across anyone either through work or friends who dont struggle with them so its not you trust me. A very useful group who specialise in DLA may be what you need. You can either join the group for a yearly fee of £20 and they will carry you through the appeals process help you fill in the forms and what you need to appeal they have overturned a huge number of failed applications and even pre failed appeals they are spot on. I only did a basic membership which is free but you still get emails letting you know all relevent info they also cover I.B and ESA.Obviously completely up to you but its not a scam the link is <campaign@benefitsandwork.co.uk> so best of luck :) K

I wonder if it would help following a programme to regulate your bowel movements, so that you don't need to evacuate during the night?

Sorry to go a bit OT but do you have any info on this? My movements are all over the place and it would be very helpful if I could regulate them.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, because I have bowel problems, this probably won't work.
Then again, your post reads as you emptying your bladder during the night - do you need help wiping then?

No. I'm ok at emptying my bladder and wiping myself.

Worth a try, surely? What do you have to lose?

It's impossible to regulate your bowel with bowel problems. if I could do that, I would have no need to go at night.

I see. It won't work for me either then. I only asked because you said 'probably' not 'definitely'.

It also wouldn't help with the issue of not being able to wipe myself properly - that's the main issue here.

You can understand why I'm confused. Still it's none of my business, we're only trying to help.

Are you stupid or something? Pipkin suggested that I follow a program to regulte my bowels and I said that won't help with the issue of wiping myself. She then asked if I wipe myself if I'm just emptying my bladder, to which I said yes.
